The main reasons for such an approach are due to the importance of the role of raw materials and processing used in the production of bearings. The role and the importance of the quality of the raw materials and appropriate processing  used in the production of various types of bearings is very significant in all of the reports and technical studies that have been issued reported globally by large and reputable international manufacturers in this industry.

By taking advantage of the advanced facilities installed in our metallurgy laboratory, we as reputable manufacture undertake the following measures:

  1. All raw and consumables materials used in the factory are subjected to serious and deep investigations. This is very important factor to ensure full compliance of inputs with valid standards.

Although in all orders for the purchase of raw materials and consumables used in production lines and before placing the order, all efforts are made to ensure that the ordered materials are in accordance with the targeted well-known standards required and defined in the context, with all this strictly from the manufacturer and supplier of the materials are requested to send us their complete and written documents in this regard. But with all these details, we still check them again and again using the laboratory facilities in our company.


Material Texture & Structural Examinations’ by highly qualified experts

 

All data obtained from the manufacturer of raw materials and auxiliary materials, as well as data received from a selected third-party control and authorized inspection company in the manufacturer’s country, as well as data from the results of laboratory activities, are reviewed in total. In this way, the reported serious problems along with the obtained results can be evaluated and judged and decisions can be made.

With the establishment of these arrangements and pre-made forecasts, definite assurances of the final quality of the measures are obtained from the procurement of raw materials and auxiliary materials entering the factory.

All raw and auxiliary materials entering the stocks of the factory receive permission to enter after the quality control sheets is issued by the laboratory and engineering department of the company.

The mentioned case is important from the point of view that if the production processes are not carried out according to the predetermined criteria, it may have irreparable effects on the final quality of the product.

All efforts are made on the basis that sampling is done regularly from the production lines and the samples received are controlled and reviewed by the equipment located in the laboratory and using trained and educated personnel. When necessary, the required information is given to the personnel of the production lines so that in case of deviation from the predefined quality, they can correct the production parameters.
